My husband and I purchased a car from CT-Auto in 2023. We worked with Angel and the experience was all positive. We live 4 hours from the dealership and found the vehicle online. My husband test drove the vehicle one day and then we went back together to pick it up. Everything was ready for us when we got there and the transaction went very smoothly. We would definitely recommend Angel and everyone else to anyone considering buying from their dealership.

Thanks to CT Auto and their fair pricing I get to enjoy my new (to me) Porsche Cayenne. We drove about two hours to look at the car and it was totally worth it. I recommend calling them before you actually go there in person to make sure the car you’re interested in is still available. That’s what we did and we didn’t have any issues. After dealing with the horrible customer service of Victory Mitsubishi I have to say I'm very pleased I found CT Auto from the time I stepped on the lot I was treated as a person of importance. I went for a Infiniti G37 but arrived a little too late but nonetheless I ended up leaving with something just as good and a sleeper to the un keen eye. Everyone at CT auto went above and beyond and that's perfect customer service. I will definitely recommend and would get another vehicle from them.

I am so so pleased with CT auto! I brought a car back in November that sadly got totaled by someone driving through a stop sign! The men at the shop worked over time for me to find me the perfect 2nd car! They are truly the best and I recommend them to anyone who ask! I will be going there for every car I need.

Happy with the quality of service at CT Auto! All of the cars are in great condition and affordable. Frank and Angel made finding a car a lot more simple than I made it seem. Knowledge of their product and professionalism made the experience smooth and quick. They don’t rush and WILL get you into a car. This should be the only place to go at every level when buying used cars!

I also purchased a car on eBay, I completed the transaction with Chris inside the dealership with 2 other employees present. He sat at the desk, used copier, and knew his way around the office at 1:30 in the afternoon. No customers were present. It was at 7 Wayne Street in Bridgeport. I see you are letting folks know about his arrest. Can you provide his last name and the agency that made the arrest? Arrests are public record so there wouldn’t be any violation for you to do so. I believe it would go a long way with transparency, and distancing the dealership’s reputation from “Chris”.

I just bought a 2013 Buick Enclave at CT Auto on Wayne Street in Bridgeport Ct. I had seen the car on their website, and took it for a test drive. It drove like it was riding on cotton covered streets it was so smooth. That is where I first met Frank and Angel, my newest best friends, lol. We ran the numbers and I decided that I had to let my dream car go. A month later I went back after seeing it still advertised. Frank and Angel seeing how much I wanted the car worked the numbers until they made sure I could get the car and keep my budget! If you are looking for a good car, Angel will make sure that it is mechanically sound, and Frank is your numbers man. Both are courteous, kind and will work with you. No fluffing!

5 stars for Angel & Frank at CT Auto in Bridgeport! Just bought a super-clean Toyota Land Cruiser with them, and they worked so hard to help me purchase my dream truck. Angel & Frank were extremely helpful, very patient, and informative about financing options. No hard-sell and no b.s... A transparent and genuine transaction, start to finish. Most of all, they were fun and honest to deal with, and made the car-buying experience a pleasure instead of a drag. Really great experience. Came in with a budget and the type of car we needed. Angel and Frankie both very professional, patient, and honest. Literally took 1.5 days out of their busy schedule to help us out gave us no pressure to act now, gave us all the facts, broke down all the numbers and made it happen at a cheaper price than expected. These guys were really great I’m going to recommend them everyday of the week.

I Just purchased my new(Soul Red 2016 Mazda 3, Hatchback from CT Auto Inc in Bridgeport). Orlando and Frank were great to work with. No high pressure sales tactics. Orlando let me to take the Mazda for an "EXCESSIVELY LONG TEST DRIVE" BY MYSELF... and to my mechanic without even leaving a deposit! Anyway.....long story, short, It took me almost a month to cobble together the $3800.00 downpayment from 2 tax refunds. I guess it was meant for this particular car to be mine. Other people were interested in it, but I was the only one who got bank approval to finance the Mazda. Orlando and Frank (the finance Manager) worked very hard to get me the loan at a monthly payment I could afford. If you are looking for a great used car, their selection is pretty awesome, Orlando, Frank, and their crew are really nice guys, they speak Spanish, they got JOKES, they will work really hard to put you behind the wheel of your DREAM MACHINE, or at least something that you can afford! I went to a used car dealership two years ago and bought a lemon, so going to another used car dealership, I was hesitant and didn't want to get ripped off again. I purchased a 2012 Honda Ridgeline from CT Auto in October of 2020, hands down the Best purchase I ever made. Super clean and well maintained truck. I worked with Orlando and he was incredible. I live outside of CT, so my local DMV gave me a hard time with the out of state title. The employees of Ct Auto answered all my questions throughout the very stressful registration process with the state. (Took me over a month to register). Any additional documents I needed, I never felt like a burden reaching out to CT Auto. They didn't B.S. and always got the documents within a reasonable time matter. Im most likely going to have my truck for 20+ years but would absolutely do business with them again.

I was helping my daughter to find a suitable car for college, but in the middle of the covid crisis it was challenging to say the least. We stopped at CT Auto to look at a car we saw online. Orlando was very helpful. We wanted to look at some other cars before we made a decision and didn't receive any pressure to buy. We returned after looking at several other vehicles and I pointed out a couple minor mechanical items on the car which were addressed without question. The negotiations were fair and reasonable and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I personally have never been fond of purchasing from a dealer. But I must say in this case we were well taken care of and if I need a car in the future, I'll be back. (She's driven the car for a month now and it's been running great.)

After searching forever for my first car as a 18yr old female, I finally came across CT Auto. Im happy I didn’t rush this process of buying my first car and came across them. Around three weeks later with the help of Ivan ( Such a patient salesmen) I finally found the perfect car & we sealed the deal. I was truly impressed.. The men there made the paperwork so easy & took care of everything else for us; when I came back to sign papers they had me in and out in 20 minutes! No waiting around at all. This place was amazing and I would truly recommend them to anyone. As a female the car buying process can be intimidating but they were patient and thorough. I walked out with a smile on my face and couldn't be happier with my Hyundai Santa Fe. I told Nate what I wanted and he told me give him time and he would find it for me low and behold less than 2 weeks later he says I got it for you, a mint 2016 Yukon xl. I went in today after filling out the credit app online and Albert did all the leg work and when I got out of work at 4pm I pulled into the lot and my car was sitting there waiting for me. Best guys here even worked with me with my bad credit, and helped me get a great deal on car insurance and gave a great warranty damn should have came here years ago you have to come here bring some cash and try and get a secured credit card threw your bank if your trying to build credit it helps and makes a big difference and set up automatic withdrawal. The best auto dealership Bridgeport has in my opinion. The most painless and fastest car deal I've ever had! Albert was very courteous and professional and had us approved in 20 minutes, he let us test drive the vehicle for two hours and when we came back, the car was registered and insured. After spending the day going to different dealerships, I was starting to lose hope on finding a car for my son. CT Auto was my last stop for the day and it turned out to be the best choice. I saw a car that caught my eye and thankfully there was a gentleman ready, and happy to answer my questions. He was knowledge and friendly, and showed me choices that were in my budget. I recently purchased a truck from the guys at CT Auto, and I just have to say they were great! I spent over 4 months searching for the perfect vehicle, and they had it! I dealt with Nate, mostly, and everything was easy and smooth. I went to look at the truck on Sunday, December 30, 2018, and as with any 12 year old vehicle it had a few minor issues. The guys listened to my concerns and addressed each and every one, and in the end a very fair and easy deal was made. Even with the craziness of the holiday, they made sure to take good care of me, and I was able to pick up my truck all clean, shiny, and registered Wednesday afternoon. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a quality pre-owned vehicle (and I'm super duper picky). Today was my first time at a dealership and I was always terrified mainly nervous about having bad credit. I have spent the past 2 weeks looking around for a car and no luck, scam, no one ever getting back to me. The experience was great, in fact amazing. Everything was very quick and easy. I got a 2007 Mazda 6 and was approved even with my bad credit and they payment are something within my budget. Alex was my representative he was very professional and laid back which is great. I went in paperwork was already all I needed to do was test drive the vehicle and decide, then I drove off with it. Met Nate the owner and I realized that they are a great bunch of people there and they really try to work with you to make sure you understand everything. Alex explained everything very well to me and answered all questions I had. Definitely would highly recommend that everyone check them out. Great service, prices and inventory. Great experience. After a lot of research and some phone calls I decided to take the trip from nyc to get a specific car from there. It is difficult to find honest car dealers. They were. From the beginning to the end it was a great and smooth process. The car was clean inside out. Got advice to go drive it on highway to really test it. Etc.... Would definitively recommend them and even though they are far away from my home, if I need a car and they have the right one, they will be my first stop. I walked in here on a Saturday morning, told them I had bad credit, no cash for down payment, and a cruddy trade-in. I needed to get rid of my car and buy a new one IN ONE HOUR. ***THEY MADE IT HAPPEN *** I ended up with a car I love, that I never thought I could afford, with a great trade-in deal, and a payment perfectly in my budget. Not to mention an amazing extended warranty. I bought my car here over 2 years ago, and they still treat me like a VIP. I had a question about my extended warranty recently, and they were immediately responsive and helpful. Among mechanics and the manufacturer’s dealership, these guys- -yes, ironically, literal used-car salesmen- -we’re the only people I found I could trust and rely on. I can’t say enough good things, and I recommend them to everyone. Nate is the owner, and Albert is the financial guy. They’re kind, knowledgeable, and are great at what they do. Even if you’re not sure you can afford a nice car, go to these guys and I guarantee they will do everything possible to help you.

As a first time car buyer with no idea how anything works CT Auto was amazing!! I went in we discussed what I could afford they made me feel very comfortable and not in the least bit pressured, I test drove a White Toyota Camry Hybrid and before I knew it we were filling out paperwork. I was in and out. They did all of the DMV stuff for me and even let me use Dealer Plates for the weekend! I highly recommend CT Auto to anyone looking for a good reliable car at amazing prices!

I was was going from dealership to dealership during my downtime at work looking to purchase myself a car. I was not at all happy with the results and was loosing patience. A friend recommended CT Auto and I am extremely glad they did! The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They take their time with you, they are honest and will answer any question you might have. They allowed me to test drive vehicles to see what I felt comfortable in and then to take the one I liked to my mechanic. I absolutely recommend CT Auto to anyone looking for a great used car. Very solid experience. Better than I expected. The salesman Ivan was great to deal with, a straight shooter and he went out of his way to bring the car to my mechanic for an inspection. To my pleasant surprise, the inspection was nearly flawless on a car with 125k miles. Ivan also detailed the car for me (in the rain) so it would be perfect upon pickup. Price was very fair (even though they played around with the "dealer conveyance fee" -- I suggest discussing this up front so everyone is on the same page). The car is fantastic.

These guys are the real deal. I've never had a better experience buying a use car. I went to them to just look at a Cadillac CTS wagon and within an hour or so I was driving this sweet baby home. I thought small dealers like this one where to be avoided because of shady practices that Big Brand Dealers have to avoid. After searching for weeks I found the opposite was true and I learned to avoid the Big Dealers. Here I got the Lexus I wanted at a fair price and without haggling or hassles I got elsewhere. If you know what you want and do your home work on values first -you can make a fair deal because they want to move inventory rather wait. After 6 months I’m still loving the Lexus RX 350 at the price I got and would recommend them to anyone.

The experience that I had with this dealership was absolutely amazing. The sales rep Matt helped me pick my first car. He was very nice.The owner Nate although I did not get the chance meet him was GREAT. We spoke on the phone regarding my vehicle which is a 2007 Volvo S40. He was very professional and humble. The people at this dealership are fair when it comes to pricing and lenient. My first car experience was very pleasant I recommend this dealership to first time used car buyers 2 thumbs up :). They did everything including registering the vehicle and dropping it off to me in Stamford! Great place guys.

Nate the owner of Ct.Auto is a great guy. I've owned between 55-60 muscle cars & street rods over the years & have met the best & the worst people buying & selling. I recently got t-boned by a drunk driver & had to be ail lifted to Stony Brook Hospital for emergency surgery, after a month there I was transported to Mt.Sinai hospital in N.Y.C where I spent three months of intense rehab. I couldn't wait to get another muscle car and drive again. After searching on ebay I found a limited edition 2007 Chip Foose Mustang with only 12,500 mi. I only had enough $$$ to buy the car but could not afford to have it shipped from CT. to long Island. I asked Nate if he could hold the car there for two weeks until I could raise more $$$. He asked me if it would help if he brought the car to Port Jeff by ferry, that's the kind of man Nate is, a good dude.

I was totally discouraged and feeling helpless when trying to buy a car. Recently divorced and credit not so good at all , a friend referred me to CT Auto. I could not believe the professionalism of this small used car dealer . I did a credit app on line , faxed in my paystubs , and I was driving my new/used 2014 Nissan Altima the next day !! I was totally shocked how quick and easy Nate and Albert made this process happen for me . My down payment was low and my payments are affordable ! So so happy I stopped by and gave them my business ! I couldn't be more pleased ! Comfortable feeling the whole time there . Not your ordinary car dealership . These guys are the best. Whether you're looking for a Acura with a Honda budget, or you want something super special like that Range or Bentley you thought you could never afford they will FIND it for you. They can finance ANYONE, I was shocked not only by the deals they had on the lot, but their ability to truly finance anyone with a job, a residence, and a heartbeat! When you see a small lot, a lot of people think they can't do what the 'big guys' can do, well these guys can do MORE. My buddy has a good job but his credit (no other way to say it) SUCKS and they got him financing! I've bought more than a few cars from these guys from a beater to a 7 series BMW and they've never let me down. They take care of everything from the test drive to the insurance and registration. Definitely don't pass these guys over as "the little dealer on the corner" because they have serious resources and if you want something special just talk to Nate. He's a friendly guy, and just because the lot isn't flooded with super "high end" cars, don't think he doesn't have access to them - ask him and if you're SERIOUS he's SERIOUS. They put out on their front line what your average person can afford and "makes sense" and somehow manage to do high volume sales but with personalized customer service. They return calls promptly, address issues, and answer every question you could have. I've been dealing with them for years and in the process of trying to get something "special" right now. I am so thrilled with my new Honda Civic purchase. The car is in pristine condition clean interior and exterior. The level of service I received at CT Auto surpassed my expectations friendly and professional. I inquired about the Civic around 10am and by 5pm I was driving my car home.
